Refund Policy

At Bidya Vikas English Medium School, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to the school may be refunded.

1. Admission Fees

  • Admission fees are non-refundable.
  • Once paid and admission is confirmed, fees paid towards registration and admission processing are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition and Other Academic Fees

  • Full Refund (Before Session Start):
    If a student withdraws before the academic session begins, a request for a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative charges.
  • Partial Refund (Within 15 Days):
    If a student withdraws within 15 days from the start of the academic session, a partial refund may be processed after prorated deductions.
  • No Refund (After 15 Days):
    No tuition or academic fees will be refunded after 15 days from the start of the academic session.

3. Online Payment Errors

  • Please contact us immediately with proof of payment.
  • We will verify the transaction and initiate a full refund if the error is validated.
  • Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Transport, Hostel, and Other Optional Services

  • Refunds for transport, hostel, or extracurricular services are based on usage and timing of cancellation.
  • If cancelled before service start, a full refund may be provided.
  • If cancelled mid-term, a pro-rated refund may be granted depending on usage.

5. Digital Services or Online Classes

  • Fees for online classes, digital content, or mobile app services are non-refundable once accessed.
  • If technical issues prevent access to paid features, please contact us, and we will investigate and resolve the issue. Refunds will be considered only if the issue cannot be resolved.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info@bvemschooldemo.com with the following details:

  • Full name of student
  • Class and admission ID
  • Date and mode of payment
  • Reason for refund request
  • Payment receipt (if available)

Our team will verify your request and process the eligible refund within 10 working days.

7. Mode of Refund

  • All refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or to a bank account provided by the parent/guardian.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
